Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Architect and own the end-to-end ORCA-T launch training curriculum, translating complex cell-therapy science into clear, customer-centric learning paths for Account Managers, Payer Account Directors, Market Development, and Medical Science Liaisons. You will map every learning objective to the real-world challenges clinicians face when selecting transplant therapies, ensuring field teams can articulate how Orca Bio’s purified, high-precision cell therapies reduce GVHD and improve survival.
- • Design role-specific certification tracks that go beyond slide decks—think interactive patient case simulations, objection-handling labs, and live KOL workshops—so every representative is launch-ready before product availability. Build robust assessment tools (knowledge checks, field ride-along scorecards, CRM-based quizzes) to validate readiness and trigger targeted remediation where gaps appear.
- • Lead seamless new-hire onboarding that compresses time-to-productivity from months to weeks. Curate content from Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Order Management into a cohesive, sequenced experience; integrate CRM workflows, incentive compensation rules, and call-planning templates so new reps can execute flawlessly on day one.
- • Own the strategic planning, agenda design, and flawless execution of national and regional meetings—POA, NSM, Launch Workshops, and ad-hoc summits. Secure executive speakers, train faculty, manage AV and logistics, and run post-event evaluations that feed continuous improvement loops.
- • Serve as the connective tissue between Marketing, Access, and Medical Affairs, translating brand strategy and clinical data into field-ready tools. Facilitate cross-functional content reviews, ensure message alignment, and maintain living libraries of FAQs, objection handlers, and competitive battle cards.
- • Deploy post-launch continuous learning modules driven by field insights and performance analytics. When CRM data shows a drop in message pull-through at a top-20 transplant center, you will rapidly spin up micro-learning videos, peer-to-peer webinars, and manager coaching guides to close the gap.
- • Coordinate digital enablement on Orcalink, CRM, and other platforms—translating training assets into searchable, mobile-friendly formats. Build performance dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into certification status, knowledge retention, and field competency.
- • Partner with Account Management Operations and HR to align training with territory-level needs assessments. When a new transplant center comes online, you will co-create customized onboarding plans that cover institutional protocols, stakeholder mapping, and order-management workflows.
- • Champion a culture of urgency, scientific rigor, and patient-centricity. Model Orca Bio’s core values—passion, courage, integrity—in every training room, virtual session, and hallway conversation, inspiring field teams to treat every patient interaction as a chance to restore a life.
- • Travel up to 30% domestically to deliver live training, ride along with field teams, and capture voice-of-customer insights that refine future curricula. Whether in Menlo Park, Sacramento, or remote, you will embody the startup spirit—rolling up your sleeves, asking “why not,” and iterating fast.
