- • As a Manager, Consulting at Sphera Holdings, Inc., you will lead the delivery of Sphera’s Health & Safety, Environmental, and Corporate Sustainability Solutions by managing project lifecycles from initiation to delivery, coordinating resources, monitoring budgets and timelines, and serving as a liaison between the company and client project managers to ensure targets are met on schedule and within budget while fostering a positive team environment.
- • You will provide subject matter expertise to clients on system design and configuration aligned with best practices, contribute to pre-project assessments, conduct design workshops, and develop project proposals to determine requirements.
- • You will oversee project management activities including creating and executing work plans, managing day-to-day operations, reviewing deliverables, applying methodology and enforcing standards, preparing for engagement reviews, minimizing risk exposure, ensuring proper documentation, providing status reports and metrics, tracking team hours and expenses, analyzing project profitability, and contributing to implementation delivery models.
- • You will support sales opportunities by collaborating with Solution Engineers and Sales Executives, work with existing clients and services teams to scope proposals, and assist in solution design workshops by providing product insights and best practices.
- • You will develop solution configuration documents, perform requirements analysis, create reporting and integration design packages, and carry out implementation work through system configuration, testing, training, and deployment as needed.
- • You will mentor and coach client project teams, collaborate with the Sphera product team on product enhancements, and update standard project templates for project-specific use.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- • 3+ years of enterprise software implementation
- • Strong project management and planning skills
- • Excellent technical and non-technical writing, editing, verbal communication, and presentation skills
- • Experience supporting sales colleagues and discussing project planning with customers
- • Ability to perform effectively in teams
