  • • As a Manager, Corporate Sales at X-Bow Systems Inc., you will lead and scale a team of Account Executives focused on new business across companies with $100M–$1B (SMB) or $1B–$10B (MM) in annual revenue, driving revenue growth and market expansion for the company’s AI-powered autonomous pentester platform.
  • • You will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and developing sales talent; providing hands-on coaching across the sales cycle; managing pipeline health and forecast accuracy; supporting reps in complex deals; and collaborating with SDR, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and RevOps to optimize sales performance and process efficiency.
  • • You will join a mission-driven, venture-backed cybersecurity startup founded by the creators of GitHub Copilot and GitHub Advanced Security, backed by Sequoia Capital and Altimeter, working to redefine offensive security through AI innovation and protect organizations from evolving cyber threats.
  • • In this role, you will develop leadership expertise in high-velocity SaaS sales, build scalable sales processes, master data-driven forecasting and pipeline management, and gain direct impact on company growth while advancing your career in a fast-scaling, innovative technology environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3–6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • • Proven track record of managing and coaching quota-carrying reps
  • • Experience in high-velocity SMB or mid-market sales environments
  • • Strong forecasting discipline and pipeline management skills
  • • Demonstrated ability to hire, ramp, and retain top sales talent
  • • Data-driven mindset with comfort using modern sales tools (Salesforce, Gong, etc.)
