📋 Description
- • As a Corporate Sales Manager for North Asia at CrowdStrike, you will lead and grow a high-performing sales team focused on expanding market share in the Mid-Market segment, directly contributing to the company’s mission of stopping breaches through its AI-native Falcon Platform.
- • You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring Account Executives, developing go-to-market strategies, managing sales pipelines, exceeding quarterly and annual quotas, and collaborating with channel partners and senior leadership to drive sustainable revenue growth.
- • CrowdStrike is a global cybersecurity leader known for its innovative technology, mission-driven culture, and commitment to employee autonomy and career ownership, operating with a strong emphasis on innovation, customer success, and team collaboration.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced sales leadership skills, deepen your expertise in cybersecurity solutions and channel sales, and build a track record of scaling teams and revenue in a high-growth, competitive environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record in Corporate Sales Management
- • Proven leadership experience in a direct management role
- • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- • Ability to exceed targets and maintain focus on priorities in a hyper-growth environment
- • Experience working with channel partners to drive customer outcomes
- • Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies (bonus: EDR, cloud-native security platforms)
