📋 Description

• • The Manager, Customer Solution Consulting leads the Partner Solutions Expert team, serving as the technical bridge between ConnectWise and its partners by combining deep product expertise with strategic problem-solving to drive partner success.
• • Day to day, the role involves setting operational objectives, supervising and mentoring team members, ensuring policy compliance, providing technical guidance and training to partners during onboarding and implementation, supporting Partner Success Managers during critical engagements, and collaborating with Product Management to prioritize feature requests based on partner feedback.
