• • Manager, Customer Success role focused on leading a team of Customer Success Managers and Specialists to drive adoption, mitigate risk, and identify upsell opportunities while delivering world-class customer experience for key accounts across multiple specialties.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and executing customer success strategies, managing KPIs and milestones, mentoring and coaching team members, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, forecasting at-risk customers, and partnering with leadership to establish strategic plans aligned with company objectives.
