- • As Manager, Customer Success at Deel, you will lead and grow a team of Customer Success Managers in your region, driving customer retention, renewal, and expansion while ensuring exceptional outcomes for global clients.
- • Day to day, you will recruit, hire, train, and coach CSMs, analyze customer and product data to identify improvement opportunities, partner with Operations to optimize workflows, and proactively enhance team efficiency and customer experience.
