- • As a Manager, Customer Success (APAC) at Remote Referral Board Inc., you will lead and scale a regional pod covering all customer success segments in APAC—Growth, SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise—driving retention, team health, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance the customer experience.
- • You will own day-to-day execution of the APAC pod’s performance cadence, including forecasting, risk reviews, renewals health, and expansion motions, while ensuring consistent application of CS processes, SLAs, and documentation standards across the team.
- • You will partner closely with Sales, Product, Support, Implementations, and Solutions teams to remove blockers, align on account plans, drive renewals, and coordinate cross-functional responses during escalations.
- • You will develop talent by onboarding, coaching, and creating clear growth paths for CSMs, while maintaining deep product knowledge and ensuring the team stays current on new features and policies.
- • You will operate in a fully remote, asynchronous, global environment, leveraging strong written communication and comfort with async work to lead across time zones and cultures.
- • You will contribute to Remote’s mission of enabling compliant global employment by helping businesses recruit, pay, and manage international teams with ease, supported by a culture of innovation, automation, and AI integration.
🎯 Requirements
- • Meaningful people leadership experience in Customer Success or equivalent customer-facing leadership
- • Strong command of the customer lifecycle across onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion
- • Proven ability to manage high-stakes escalations with calm, structured decision-making
- • Strong operational discipline: ability to instrument, report, and improve performance through data
- • Experience coaching across multiple segments and account complexities
- • Comfortable in a global, async environment with strong written communication
- • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- • Demonstrated ability to apply automation and AI capabilities in work
- • Experience working remotely is a plus (not required)
