📋 Description
- • As a Manager, Customer Success (APAC) at Remote Technologies Inc., you will lead and scale a regional pod covering all Customer Success segments in APAC—Growth, SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise—driving retention, execution, and team health while partnering cross-functionally to improve the customer experience.
- • Day to day, you will lead, coach, and performance-manage the APAC regional pod; own weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance cadence (forecasting, risk reviews, renewals health, expansion motions); ensure consistent application of CS processes and SLAs; partner with Sales and AM on account plans and renewals; build escalation readiness; improve onboarding, adoption, and retention by fixing process gaps; develop talent through onboarding, coaching, and growth paths; and maintain strong product knowledge across the pod.
