📋 Description

  • • As Manager, Customer Success at PagerDuty, you will lead a team of Customer Success Managers responsible for driving product adoption, retention, and measurable business value for enterprise customers, reporting to the Director of Enterprise Customer Success.
  • • Day to day, you will advocate for customers by understanding their needs and challenges, guide your team in building success strategies, monitor key metrics like retention and health scores, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Solutions teams to align on customer objectives.
  • • PagerDuty is a leader in Digital Operations Management trusted by over 13,000 organizations including 60 Fortune 100 companies, using AI/ML and automation to help teams detect, resolve, and prevent issues in real time across DevOps, IT, Security, and Customer Service functions.
  • • In this role, you will develop high-performing teams, refine customer success processes using tools like Salesforce and Gainsight, and drive improvements in customer health, expansion, and retention while fostering a customer-centric culture aligned with PagerDuty’s leadership impact dimensions.
