  • • As Manager, Customer Success at PagerDuty, you will lead a team of Customer Success Managers responsible for driving product adoption, retention, and measurable business value for enterprise customers in a fast-growing Digital Operations Management platform trusted by Fortune 100 companies.
  • • Day to day, you will advocate for customers by understanding their needs and acting as their voice internally, guide CSMs in building success strategies, monitor retention and expansion metrics, partner cross-functionally with Sales and Product, and improve team processes using tools like Salesforce and Gainsight.

  • • In this role, you will develop high-performing teams, refine customer success processes, drive revenue retention and growth, and gain leadership experience in a data-driven, customer-centric organization at the forefront of AI-powered operational resilience.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree required
  • • 6+ years of experience in customer-facing SaaS roles with 2+ years of people management experience preferred
  • • Proven track record of high performance in managing strategic customers
  • • Strong analytical skills with ability to use data to drive strategic decisions
  • • Experience with customer success and sales tools (Salesforce, Gainsight, Tableau, Gong, etc)
  • • Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships
