- • Manager, Customer Success (Orthopedics) at Modernizing Medicine, Inc. leads a team of Customer Success Managers focused on driving adoption, mitigating risk, and identifying upsell opportunities for the company’s Orthopedic clinical solution while ensuring a world-class customer experience.
- • Day to day responsibilities include designing and executing customer success strategies, managing KPIs and long-term goals aligned with company objectives for revenue, growth, and retention, mentoring and coaching team members, collaborating with operational teams on resource planning and budgeting, and partnering across departments to represent customer needs and optimize the customer journey.
