- • As the first Manager, Deal Desk for APAC at Vanta, you will establish and lead the regional Deal Desk function, serving as a strategic partner to Sales leadership to ensure deals are structured strategically, compliant with internal policies, and accurately booked in alignment with Vanta’s mission to help businesses earn and prove trust.
- • You will own and manage the end-to-end deal review and execution process for APAC, translating global pricing and deal frameworks to reflect regional market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and local business practices while maintaining alignment with company objectives and revenue recognition standards.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and evaluating deals for policy alignment, compliance, and booking accuracy; managing pricing, configuration, approvals, and escalation of non-standard requests; partnering cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Billing, Revenue, Collections, and GTM Operations to streamline quote-to-cash workflows; leading operational improvements by identifying process gaps and implementing scalable solutions; supporting Finance during month-end close and audits; providing analytical insights into deal trends and process efficiency; educating Sales teams on process changes and Deal Desk best practices; and building frameworks, tools, and processes that drive operational excellence and global alignment.

- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and mature Deal Desk processes from the ground up for APAC, shaping how Vanta scales its business models and deal structures while gaining deep expertise in strategic deal structuring, cross-functional leadership, and operational excellence in a high-growth SaaS environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of deal desk experience with at least 2+ years of people leadership experience
- • Proven ability to build relationships and partner effectively with Sales leadership, Finance, Legal, GTM Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders across geographies (EMEA and NAMER)
- • Experience supporting both subscription-based and consumption-based revenue structures across various business models
- • Strong operational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- • Builder mindset: comfortable working through ambiguity, identifying process gaps, recommending solutions, and implementing scalable improvements
- • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving ability, using data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
- • Experience managing high deal volumes and tight deadlines during end-of-month and end-of-quarter cycles
- • Clear and concise communicator, able to simplify complex concepts, influence stakeholders, and advocate for Deal Desk as a strategic partner
- • Open to using AI responsibly to amplify skills and improve efficiency and impact
