- • As the Manager, Deel Immigration for the Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) segment in North America, you will be at the forefront of a revolutionary approach to global employment. - • You will lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team of Account Executives (AEs) specializing in the SMB and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) markets. This leadership position demands a strategic mindset, a passion for developing talent, and an unwavering commitment to exceeding revenue targets. You will be responsible for cultivating a high-performance sales culture where continuous learning, accountability, and exceptional results are the norm.
- • A core aspect of your role will involve building and refining scalable sales processes. This means establishing best practices for lead generation, pipeline management, forecasting, and deal closure, ensuring consistency and quality across your team's efforts. You will leverage data and analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and proactively adapt sales strategies to optimize outcomes and drive predictable revenue growth.
- • Collaboration is key to success at Deel. You will work closely with a variety of cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Support, and Revenue Operations. This close alignment ensures a cohesive customer experience from initial contact through to ongoing support and expansion, fostering shared success and reinforcing Deel's commitment to customer satisfaction.
- • You will be instrumental in driving new business acquisition and expansion opportunities. This will involve both direct outbound prospecting efforts and working in co-prime or overlay sales models, where you collaborate with other sales teams to bring Deel's comprehensive immigration solutions to a wider audience. Your expertise in closing contracts with annual commitments will be crucial in securing long-term partnerships.

- • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies tailored to the SMB and B2C segments will be a primary focus. This includes identifying target customer profiles, defining value propositions, and selecting the most effective sales channels and tactics.
