- • Wilson Human Capital Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Delivery to lead recruitment operations for our clients in Poland and South Africa. This is a client-facing, hands-on strategic role where you will partner closely with Recruiters, clients, and our internal CRM team to ensure the successful execution of recruitment strategies and the achievement of ambitious hiring goals.
- • As a Manager, Delivery, you will be instrumental in guiding a team of Recruiters, fostering their development, and driving year-over-year performance improvements. Your primary focus will be on empowering your team to identify, engage, and qualify top-tier talent that aligns perfectly with our clients' unique needs and organizational cultures.
- • A core aspect of this role involves deep collaboration with delivery clients and your recruitment team. You will work diligently to gain a comprehensive understanding of each assigned position, enabling you to craft and implement highly targeted sourcing strategies designed to attract both passive and active job seekers. Your expertise in current market trends, innovative sourcing techniques, and effective networking practices will be crucial in this capacity.
- • You will be responsible for the ongoing mentoring, coaching, and professional development of your team. This includes identifying individual strengths and areas for growth, and proactively building out performance improvement plans to ensure each team member can reach their full potential.
- • Leading and motivating a team of Recruiters to consistently drive exceptional performance results across assigned accounts will be a key responsibility. You will set clear expectations, monitor progress, and provide the necessary support to ensure success.
- • You will act as a consultative and tactical partner to our clients, leveraging your deep understanding of the labor market and their specific business industries. This insight will allow you to provide extraordinary sourcing advising strategies that yield high-quality candidates.
- • You will be responsible for setting, tracking, and achieving daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment goals. This includes building out individual recruiter performance metrics and making agile adjustments to targets as needed to optimize outcomes.
- • You will handle all direct employee issues and processes, including ongoing performance management, conducting appraisal processes, and facilitating development planning for your team members.
- • You will own the comprehensive reporting of team and account performance to Senior Leadership, ensuring clear, concise, and insightful communication of key metrics and progress.
- • A thorough understanding of contract details, Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, and account logistics is essential for successfully leading your team and directing their focus effectively.
- • You will ensure your team is fully educated on their performance metrics and the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Critically, you will communicate the impact of meeting or missing these targets on recruiter performance and overall client satisfaction.
- • Strategically forecast resourcing needs, ensuring the proper allocation of resources and requisition assignments to maintain a top-level of customer service and support for our clients.
- • You will actively assess and measure client satisfaction, responding with urgency to any arising situations and taking dedicated steps to ensure a consistently high level of productivity and positive client experience.
- • Championing a strong, positive, and high-performing culture across your team(s) is paramount. You will foster an environment of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- • Identify and prioritize short-term and long-term goals for both the account and individual recruiter desks, aligning team efforts with broader strategic objectives.
- • Maintain data integrity by auditing the team’s metrics, process adherence, and administrative compliance on a weekly basis, at a minimum. This ensures accuracy and reliability in our reporting and decision-making.
- • Determine and communicate clear weekly goals to sourcing team members, providing direction and focus.
- • Foster strong partnerships and collaboration with the CRM team, members of Senior Leadership, clients, and external partners to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- • Regularly report on key metrics, analyze the data, and communicate findings to the team regarding successes, challenges, and areas of opportunity, driving continuous improvement.
- • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the Delivery team and Wilson Human Capital Group.
