• • Manager, Digital Experience & Web Operations is a strategic leadership role responsible for owning the performance and execution of Progressive Leasing’s digital experience across web and mobile app, directly impacting conversion, merchandising, and scalability of the lease-to-own ecosystem.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning site performance metrics (conversion, engagement, revenue), leading site operations (publishing, QA, release coordination), optimizing merchandising and product discovery, building and executing CRO experimentation roadmaps, translating partner priorities into on-site strategies, and leading a small team of Web Producers and Web Merchandisers as a player-coach.
• • Progressive Leasing is a fast-growing, customer-focused D2C FinTech leader operating at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Analytics, dedicated to building high-performing, scalable digital experiences that drive applications, approvals, and partner utilization.
