- • Own the end-to-end monetization funnel for worldpokertour.com, treating the site as a high-performance affiliate that feeds ClubWPT Gold with qualified, high-value players.
- • Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests on banners, in-text links, pop-ups, widgets, and landing pages to lift CTR, conversion rate, and lifetime player value while preserving editorial integrity and user experience.
- • Map user journeys with GA4 heat-maps, scroll-depth, and funnel reports; then surgically insert persuasive CTAs, dynamic creative, and contextual offers that turn casual readers into depositing players.
- • Partner daily with WPT’s editorial, SEO, and broadcast teams to create “commercial content” (strategy guides, poker-room reviews, how-to articles) that ranks for both high-traffic and high-intent keywords and seamlessly drives traffic to ClubWPT Gold.
- • Build TV-to-digital bridges: generate vanity URLs, QR codes, and second-screen experiences that capture linear viewers during live broadcasts and drop them onto hyper-relevant landing pages with message-matched creative and offers.
- • Forecast inventory yield, set quarterly revenue targets, and present performance recaps to senior leadership; iterate rapidly when KPIs slip and scale aggressively when they spike.
- • Manage and troubleshoot affiliate tracking links, pixels, post-back URLs, and server-side attribution to ensure 99.9 % data fidelity between the media site and the poker platform.
- • Maintain compliance with gaming regulations, responsible-gaming standards, and brand-safety guidelines across every placement and creative asset.
- • Mentor junior marketers and share best-practice playbooks so the entire growth org levels up in CRO, SEO, and affiliate strategy.
- • Stay ahead of industry trends—new ad formats, privacy regulations, algorithm updates—and translate them into actionable experiments that keep WPT’s monetization engine best-in-class.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with a focus on affiliate management, publisher monetization, or performance media buying.
- • Proven success optimizing conversion funnels in a high-transaction, high-compliance vertical such as iGaming, poker, sports betting, or fintech.
- • Expert-level proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), WordPress or similar CMS, and at least one major affiliate tracking platform; comfort with basic HTML/CSS for pixel and tag implementation.
- • Deeply data-driven mindset—ability to manipulate large data sets in Excel or BI tools, draw actionable insights, and present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
