- • The Manager, Dispute Change Execution leads a team of technical and professional staff in delivering high-quality dispute processing projects, parameter configurations, solution setups, and quality assurance testing, ensuring operational integrity and client satisfaction.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project implementation staff, forecasting and developing skilled resources, guiding procedural workflows, establishing project management principles, maintaining knowledge of dispute processing platforms and industry best practices, collaborating with senior leadership, managing stakeholder relationships, overseeing testing and issue resolution for new product releases, and creating performance standards to evaluate team productivity and accuracy.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience and education
- • 8 years of experience in the credit/debit card and/or financial industry, including 5 years in client project and/or conversion-related experience
- • 5 years of management experience preferred
- • Working knowledge of card processing systems preferred
