📋 Description

• The Manager, Document Operations leads the end-to-end handling of physical and digital documents, ensuring efficient, secure, and compliant workflows from intake to storage and distribution, playing a critical role in supporting HR, payroll, and finance operations for Workday customers.
• Day to day, the role involves overseeing scanning, indexing, printing, and mailroom operations; managing document management systems and hardware; leading and training document control staff; developing policies and procedures; ensuring compliance with legal and security standards; managing vendor relationships and supplies; monitoring SLAs; driving process improvements; and handling incident escalation and capacity planning.
• OneSource Virtual (OSV) is the leading exclusive provider of Business-Process-as-a-Service (BPaaS) solutions for Workday, serving over 1,000 customers with innovative technology and services in HR, payroll, and finance. • In this role, the individual can develop expertise in document lifecycle management, gain leadership experience in operations and change management, drive automation initiatives using Agile/DevOps practices, and advance into broader operational or process improvement leadership positions within a growing BPaaS organization.

• 5-7 years of experience in operations or production support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
