📋 Description

• • As the Manager, DX Initiatives and Operations at Risepoint Holdings LLC, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic execution and operational excellence of our Digital Experience (DX) function. This 1-year fixed-term position offers a unique opportunity to partner closely with the VP of Digital Experience, acting as a key operational force to translate vision into tangible results.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to serve as an operational partner and an extension of the VP of Digital Experience, providing critical support in the planning, prioritization, and seamless execution of cross-functional DX initiatives. This involves a deep dive into areas such as User Experience (UX), Organic and Academic Experience Optimization (SEO/AEO), Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and the enhancement of our platform capabilities.
• • You will be instrumental in defining and meticulously documenting the DX functional initiatives, developing comprehensive roadmaps that clearly outline project dependencies and robust business cases. Your analytical prowess will be leveraged to support strategic decisions within the DX function, backed by thorough data analysis and insightful reporting.
• • A significant aspect of your role will involve developing executive-ready updates, ensuring stakeholders are consistently informed about the progress, potential risks, and overall impact of key initiatives. You will be responsible for operationalizing these initiatives across the DX team and our partner portfolio, ensuring alignment and effective implementation.
• • Establishing and managing the performance rhythm of the business for Digital Experience is a core duty. This includes collaborating with Analytics and Channel Leaders to define key performance indicators (KPIs), meticulously track performance against these metrics, and generate insightful reports. You will also support DX leaders in refining forecast assumptions by analyzing current trends and the impact of ongoing initiatives.
• • You will oversee the generation and communication of DX performance insights, transforming complex data into clear, compelling narratives. This storytelling will highlight Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) successes, demonstrate the Return on Investment (ROI) of content strategies, showcase the lifts achieved through SEO/AEO efforts, and track progress on platform development.
• • Leading and supporting cross-channel initiatives will be crucial to ensure alignment, foster accountability, and maintain momentum across various teams. This involves providing DX leaders with essential data and workflow definitions to facilitate successful execution of company-wide projects.
• • The creation of executive-ready materials, such as monthly team and leadership decks, will be a regular part of your responsibilities, ensuring clear and concise communication at all levels.
• • You will also contribute to the ongoing updates of DX business cases and investment narratives, reinforcing the strategic value and financial justification for our digital experience efforts.
• • This role is ideally suited for a systems-oriented, highly collaborative individual who thrives in dynamic environments, embraces ambiguity, and can fluidly transition between strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and detailed analysis. Your ability to connect disparate pieces and drive forward progress will be key to success.
• • By optimizing partner microsites and landing pages, you will contribute directly to Risepoint's mission of increasing access to high-quality, affordable, and workforce-relevant education for working and adult students. You will be part of a team that combines expertise in Organic Search, UX, CRO, and personalization to ensure prospective students discover the right programs and confidently take the next step in their educational journey.
