📋 Description

  • • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Embedded Account Executives to achieve individual and team sales goals for embedded integration solutions.
  • • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and maximize revenue from embedded integration solutions targeting enterprise clients.
  • • Monitor team performance using key metrics, provide regular feedback, and deliver coaching to ensure continuous improvement and attainment of targets.
  • • Partner with marketing and lead generation teams to identify, prioritize, and qualify high-value prospects for embedded integration solutions.
  • • Collaborate closely with technical pre-sales and product teams to align client needs with Workato’s platform capabilities and solution offerings.
  • • Foster and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive retention, expansion, and identification of upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in integration, APIs, and enterprise automation to inform strategic sales decisions.
  • • Develop accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and leadership presentations to track progress, forecast pipeline, and support business planning.
  • • Support the hiring, onboarding, and training of new Embedded Account Executives to build and sustain a high-performing sales organization.
  • • Ensure alignment between sales activities and customer success initiatives to enhance client outcomes and long-term platform adoption.
  • • Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and data-driven performance within the embedded sales team.
  • • Represent Workato in client meetings, industry events, and internal cross-functional forums to promote the value of enterprise-grade integration and AI orchestration.
  • • Utilize CRM tools and sales reporting systems to track pipeline, forecast accuracy, and team productivity metrics.
  • • Translate complex technical capabilities of Workato’s iPaaS platform into compelling business value propositions for enterprise decision-makers.
  • • Balance strategic planning with hands-on leadership, actively participating in key deals and pipeline reviews to guide team execution.
  • • Maintain deep understanding of embedded integration use cases across industries and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
  • • Contribute to the evolution of sales playbooks, messaging, and enablement materials based on team feedback and market dynamics.
