- • Lead, develop, and grow a team of 8–10 Enterprise Business Development Representatives (BDRs) through recruitment, performance coaching, and fostering an environment where team members excel.
- • Serve as a key member of the North America BDR Leadership team, owning regional pipeline generation and driving execution against quarterly targets with deep understanding of top-of-funnel metrics, pipeline quality, and revenue influence across verticals.
- • Set the standard for outbound excellence by guiding the team in consultative campaign design, prospect strategy, and hands-on execution that converts activity into qualified pipeline.
- • Shape regional go-to-market strategy by contributing thought leadership on messaging, targeting, and vertical plays, and feeding insights back into broader market approaches.
- • Own team reporting and translate data into actionable decisions by tracking key metrics, diagnosing performance gaps, and implementing improvements to boost productivity and outcomes.
- • Build scalable frameworks for account targeting, lead management, and BDR productivity to enhance team effectiveness over time.
- • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to co-create acquisition plays and align on strategies for key verticals.
- • Invest in team members’ career growth by supporting individual development paths and helping them build toward the next step in their careers at Adyen.
- • Work in-person three days per week in the San Francisco office, as Adyen is an office-first company that values in-person collaboration and does not offer remote-only roles.
- • Collaborate with the Global BDR function to align on strategy, exceed pipeline goals, and continuously raise the bar for how Enterprise BDR operates in North America.
- • Utilize tools including Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clay, and Gong to drive team performance and leverage AI and emerging technologies to increase efficiency.
- • Maintain a data-driven approach to sales operations, ensuring decisions are grounded in metrics and performance insights.
- • Communicate clearly and purposefully with team members, commercial leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.
- • Balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment while maintaining focus on high-impact activities and long-term team development.
