- • As a Manager, Enterprise Customer Success at Autodesk, you will lead a team of Customer Success Managers focused on Enterprise Business Agreements within the AEC industry across the DACH and Netherlands regions, driving long-term customer success and adoption of Autodesk’s solutions.
- • Day to day, you will manage and develop your team of CSMs, create customer outcomes to increase adoption and maturity, facilitate the development and execution of Customer Success Plans, build direct customer relationships, promote innovation and change, and foster an inclusive environment where team members can bring their authentic selves to work.
- • You will be part of Autodesk’s Customer Success organization, a company dedicated to helping innovators turn ideas into reality through software that shapes buildings, cars, factories, and entertainment, with a strong culture centered on belonging, innovation, and making a positive global impact.
- • In this role, you will grow as a people leader, deepen your expertise in enterprise customer success within the AECO and SaaS sectors, refine your strategic and process-driven approach to customer outcomes, and contribute to shaping Autodesk’s customer success strategy in key EMEA markets.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experienced in managing customer-facing businesses in large enterprise accounts
- • Strong business acumen
- • Familiarity with AECO industries and cloud, digital, SaaS technologies
- • Knowledge of the DACH or Netherlands market and its intricacies
- • Experienced in people management with a passion for team and customer development
- • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time for onsite customer and internal meetings
