- • The Manager, EVOQUE Sales Training, TMTT (US Remote) will develop and lead the execution of clinical and technical sales training programs, including lab-based and case-based training, to deepen clinical knowledge of Edwards Lifesciences’ innovative technologies and strengthen provider relationships.
- • Day to day responsibilities include owning execution of Clinical and/or Imaging Specialist training with sign-off on clinical certification, creating and contributing to training content for new hire field training programs, measuring program effectiveness through surveys, field feedback and KOL review, developing corrective action plans, and providing SME support for cases.
- • The role collaborates with management to ensure training objectives are met consistently and in compliance with sales training strategy, while aligning training initiatives with broader business goals to improve patient care outcomes.
- • In this role, the individual will gain expertise in cardiovascular science, medical device regulatory requirements, and sales training strategy, while developing leadership in training design, implementation, and evaluation within a global medical technology leader.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field plus 8 years of related medical device and/or clinical experience OR Master’s Degree in a related field plus 6 years of related medical device and/or clinical experience
- • Ability to travel up to 50%
- • Proven expertise in MS Office Suite and related systems
