• • As a Senior Solutions Engineer (Pre-Sales) at RapDev LLC, you will serve as a critical technical advisor bridging sales and engineering, helping customers unlock the full value of ServiceNow platforms through tailored solutions, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept validations.
• • Day to day, you will collaborate with sales to qualify opportunities, design customized ServiceNow solutions, lead technical discussions with prospects, conduct hands-on proof-of-concept testing, and develop technical collateral to support sales and marketing efforts.
• • RapDev specializes in modern ITOM & DevOps ServiceNow delivery and Datadog integrations, leveraging a team of SREs and DevOps engineers to enhance observability, availability, and deployment velocity for organizations of all sizes.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, and platform capabilities like CMDB and Integration Hub, while sharpening your pre-sales, presentation, and solution-design skills in a high-impact, customer-facing position.
