- ā¢ The Manager, Executive Administration leads a team of approximately 20 Executive Administrators who support business unit leadership across CO-OP Financial Servicesā subsidiary, Velera, a premier payments credit union service organization and fintech solutions provider serving over 4,000 financial institutions in North America.
- ā¢ Day-to-day responsibilities include establishing and monitoring departmental goals, conducting performance evaluations, hiring and developing talent, managing workflows and capacity planning, creating reporting tools for service levels, implementing standard operating procedures, identifying and mitigating risks, managing the departmental budget, and balancing workloads to optimize team effectiveness.
- ā¢ The role operates within Veleraās people-first, remote-first culture grounded in a āpeople helping peopleā philosophy, emphasizing psychological safety, wellbeing, inclusion, and continuous improvement across teams.
- ā¢ The individual in this role will develop leadership and operational expertise by driving team performance, refining support models, managing cross-functional relationships with senior leaders, and contributing to annual budgeting and process optimization initiatives that directly impact organizational effectiveness.
šÆ Requirements
- ā¢ Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a similar field
- ā¢ Seven (7) years of management experience
- ā¢ Excellent team-oriented interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- ā¢ Strong facilitation skills to foster a collaborative and continuous improvement-oriented environment
