• • As Manager, Expansion Sales - SMB at Deel, you will lead a high-performing team of Client Account Executives focused on driving sales growth for small and medium-sized businesses, playing a critical role in delivering strong revenue results and supporting the company’s global expansion strategy.
• • You will hire, coach, and develop your team, conduct regular 1:1s and forecast reviews, act as a player-coach in key deals, and ensure consistent execution across the full sales cycle while monitoring pipeline health and addressing risks proactively.
• • You will build and implement scalable sales processes, playbooks, and methodologies, leverage AI-driven tools to enhance productivity, and partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment on priorities.
