Complementing this, iDeals Board offers a dedicated platform for board and leadership teams, facilitating faster, safer, and more compliant decision-making.
  • • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Field Sales (New York) to spearhead our growth within the advisory client segment and reinforce our standing as the preeminent Virtual Data Room (VDR) provider across North America. This pivotal role, based in the vibrant heart of New York City, will report directly to the VP of Sales. You will be instrumental in leading and scaling a newly formed team of 8 Business Development Associates, all based in New York, with the primary objective of expanding our market footprint within the advisory sector.
  • • Your leadership will be crucial in shaping our competitive strategy, scaling operational capabilities, and elevating the client experience for advisory firms through our advanced VDR solutions. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on how iDeals competes and triumphs in the market, directly influencing our growth trajectory and market penetration.
  • • As a leader at iDeals, you will be part of an organization that fosters high peer trust, evidenced by our top 5% ranking on RepVue among over 15,000 sales organizations. We are a profitable, bootstrapped SaaS company with ambitious plans, projecting a 5x revenue growth over the next five years. This role offers a substantial scaling opportunity, allowing you to actively contribute to building the team and defining future hiring profiles. You will join an established entity with over 17 years of proven success in the VDR business, maintaining a remarkable 31% CAGR compared to competitors' 11%, and powering over 10% of global M&A activity.
  • • Your core responsibilities will encompass leading and developing your team of field sales professionals, focusing on the advisory client segment. This includes managing the entire employee lifecycle, from strategic hiring and onboarding to ongoing performance management and professional development. You will be tasked with setting and rigorously tracking operational and business development metrics, providing insightful performance analyses to the executive team.
  • • A key focus will be on expanding new business pipelines within the advisory space, cultivating strategic partnerships, and actively supporting the closure of high-impact deals that drive significant revenue. Collaboration will be paramount; you will work closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and achieve shared objectives across the entire customer lifecycle.
  • • You will leverage sales data to ensure accurate forecasting and to identify and communicate key market trends to leadership, enabling informed strategic decisions. Leading by example, you will embody iDeals' values and represent the company with professionalism and expertise in high-stakes interactions with advisory firms and at prominent industry events throughout the NYC area and beyond.
  • • Furthermore, you will maintain a keen awareness of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and industry best practices, using this intelligence to inform and refine strategic planning specifically for the advisory sector. This role demands a proactive, data-driven, and people-focused leader ready to make a substantial contribution to iDeals' continued success and market leadership.
