• • The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis is a critical role responsible for driving financial insight, forecasting accuracy, operational efficiency, and informing strategic decision-making at Precision AQ, LLC.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include updating and owning monthly PowerPoint presentations for leadership, leading monthly/quarterly/annual forecasting cycles, managing the annual budget process, preparing management reporting packages, conducting variance analysis, building financial models for scenario planning, and serving as a financial business partner to department leaders.
• • The role operates within the Finance function at Precision AQ, LLC, reporting to the Director of FP&A and collaborating closely with Accounting, Finance Business Partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure financial accountability and alignment.
• • The person in this role will develop expertise in advanced financial modeling, strategic forecasting, and executive-level communication while gaining influence over key business decisions and contributing to long-term financial planning and profitability optimization.
