- • Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis at Alkami Technology, Inc., a digital sales and service platform provider for U.S. banks and credit unions, playing a critical role in scaling the FP&A function by owning company-wide planning processes, consolidated reporting, and core financial models that support executive decision-making.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading forecasting, annual planning, and long-range planning processes; consolidating forecasts and actuals into executive-ready reporting packages; owning company-wide cost forecasting including compensation and benefits; serving as subject-matter-expert for FP&A tools to drive enhancements and automation; developing and maintaining balance sheet and cash flow forecasts; and identifying opportunities to streamline and automate FP&A processes.
