- • The Manager, FP&A role at CNO Financial Group supports senior business leaders by driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting to inform strategic decisions and improve business performance.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to lead plan and forecast cycles, preparing and presenting financial reviews, managing expense allocations and reporting, supporting strategic transaction analysis, and serving as the business lead for a new EPM tool implementation.
- • The Finance Department at CNO Financial Group is a mission-driven team focused on delivering accurate financial insights to support the company’s goal of securing the financial future of middle-income America through insurance and financial services.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership and technical expertise in financial planning, enterprise performance management tools, and cross-functional project leadership while gaining exposure to senior executives and contributing to process improvements and strategic initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; insurance experience preferred
- • 7+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
- • 5+ years of progressive financial and business management, including experience managing small teams
- • Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional projects and drive process improvements
- • Strong business partnering skills with senior leaders and ability to make independent, data-driven decisions
