  • • This pivotal role of Manager, Growth Operations is central to Haven's mission of driving patient conversion and ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience from initial contact through to ongoing care. The successful candidate will lead and develop the Growth Operations team, which serves as the crucial first point of contact for every prospective patient. This team's performance directly shapes the patient journey, influencing conversion rates and fostering a positive initial impression. The role demands a strategic leader who can not only manage and mentor a growing international team but also actively contribute to the hands-on shaping of daily operational workflows and the development of scalable infrastructure.
  • • A core responsibility will be the management and expansion of the Growth Operations team. Currently comprising five full-time international direct reports, the team is projected to grow to over nine members by the end of Q2 2026. The manager will be instrumental in nurturing team members, ensuring their professional development and alignment with Haven's patient-centric values.
