- • As the Sales Development Manager (SDM) at Convex, a ServiceTitan company, you will be instrumental in architecting and executing the company's outbound and inbound pipeline generation strategy. This is a critical role within a rapidly expanding team, where you will directly contribute to the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), ensuring their success and fostering a high-performance culture.
- • Your primary focus will be on leading and optimizing the outbound SDR team, while also managing the inbound lead funnel. This involves a hands-on approach to driving pipeline creation through various channels, including cold calls, cold emails, direct mail, and creative follow-up strategies, all aimed at identifying and engaging potential clients within the commercial service industry.
- • You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Convex SDRs, setting clear objectives, and closely monitoring their performance to ensure consistent achievement of targets. This includes tracking key metrics, analyzing lead processes, and proactively identifying opportunities to catalyze pipeline creation and revenue growth.
- • A core aspect of your role will be to shape and refine the SDR strategy and processes. This involves staying ahead of industry best practices, coaching your team on effective techniques, and continuously iterating on approaches to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- • You will serve as a key mentor and leader for your team, embodying the values and culture of the ServiceTitan organization. Your ability to inspire, motivate, and guide your team will be crucial to their development and overall success.
- • Reporting to management on operational and financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is a vital part of this role. You will be expected to generate comprehensive reports, analyze trends in the data, and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.

- • Conducting regular one-on-one meetings with each SDR is essential for providing personalized feedback, addressing challenges, and supporting their professional development.
- • You will play a key role in evaluating and implementing new technologies and programs designed to drive superior performance within the SDR function. This includes staying informed about the latest sales enablement tools and assessing their potential impact.
