📋 Description

• Define and drive the future of the casino experience across our brands, playing surfaces, and customer touchpoints.
• Shape how players discover and engage with our casino offering by creating personalized, data-driven experiences that increase engagement, retention, and revenue.
• Work across Product, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, Game Operations, and Revenue Operations teams to influence strategy, prioritize new capabilities, and bring innovative experiences to life.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, turning emerging opportunities into customer-focused experiences that continue to raise the bar for online gaming.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in iGaming, online gaming, or another digital consumer business, with a strong understanding of casino operations, lobby strategy, and customer engagement.
• Proven experience developing personalization, merchandising, or customer experience strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills, with experience using customer insights, experimentation, and data to inform decisions.

🏖️ Benefits

• US base salary range for this full-time position is 112,300.00 USD - 140,400.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable.
