- • Own the end-to-end revenue cycle for high-impact advertising properties across JioStar’s network of 750 million weekly viewers. You will act as the single point of accountability for closing marquee Impact deals, translating audience reach into measurable business outcomes for Fortune-500 brands and leading agencies.
- • Partner daily with the LCS (Large Customer Sales) team to identify white-space opportunities within the existing client roster. You will mine historical campaign data, seasonal ratings trends, and category-level spend patterns to surface untapped Impact inventory that can drive incremental ARR.
- • Maintain an always-current command of the Impact programming slate—premium tent-pole events, finite sponsorship pods, and bespoke digital extensions—so you can match the right property to the right advertiser within hours of brief receipt.
- • Build and nurture senior-level relationships across media agencies (GroupM, IPG, Omnicom, Dentsu) and direct clients (FMCG, Auto, BFSI, E-com). Your credibility will shorten sales cycles and open doors for multi-year, multi-platform commitments.
- • Architect persuasive, data-rich pitch decks that weave together reach, affinity, and ROI metrics. You will translate complex audience analytics into stories that CMOs and media directors can champion internally.
- • Create and own a real-time tracking dashboard for all Impact deals—closed, contracted, and pipeline—ensuring zero revenue leakage and transparent forecasting for leadership.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Ad-Ops, Pricing, Yield, and Content teams to structure packages that maximize yield while meeting advertiser KPIs. You will negotiate inventory swaps, bonus weight, and digital amplification to sweeten every proposal.
- • Spearhead post-campaign reviews with clients to quantify impact, gather testimonials, and seed renewal conversations. Your insights will feed directly into next-season rate cards and product development.
- • Represent JioStar at industry forums, client summits, and award shows, positioning the company as the definitive destination for high-impact, brand-safe advertising at scale.
- • Champion JioStar’s diversity and inclusion ethos in every client interaction, ensuring that campaign creative and targeting strategies reflect the rich mosaic of India’s audiences.
- • Stay ahead of regulatory shifts (TRAI, ASCI, BARC) and platform innovations (addressable TV, shoppable video) to future-proof revenue streams and keep clients future-ready.
- • Mentor junior sales executives, sharing battle-tested negotiation tactics and category expertise to elevate overall team performance.
