Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact influencer campaigns for blockbuster films, AAA video-game launches, and global consumer brands. From first brief to final wrap report, you are the strategic quarterback who ensures every activation is delivered on time, on budget, and above client expectations.
- • Leverage DMM’s proprietary Creator Lab affinity platform to discover, vet, and lock in the perfect mix of macro, mid-tier, and micro influencers. You will negotiate rates, draft contracts, secure usage rights, and shepherd talent through every milestone—casting, creative briefings, content production, revisions, approvals, and final payout.
- • Translate brand objectives into crystal-clear creative briefs, production calendars, and KPI scorecards. You will juggle 5–10 concurrent campaigns in various stages—some in casting, others in content review, and a few in paid amplification—while keeping every stakeholder aligned and every deadline sacred.
- • Act as the primary client contact, presenting weekly status decks, real-time performance dashboards, and proactive solutions when curveballs appear. Your calm, data-driven voice turns last-minute creative changes or budget reallocations into opportunities for deeper engagement and bigger results.
- • Partner with paid-media specialists to boost top-performing posts, whitelist influencer handles, and run dark-post campaigns that extend reach, lower CPMs, and drive measurable conversions. You will set targeting parameters, allocate budget across flight dates, and optimize in-flight to hit ROAS goals.
- • Monitor platform shifts, algorithm updates, FTC disclosure rules, and emerging creator formats (think TikTok Shop, Instagram Broadcast Channels, Twitch Drops). Translate these insights into forward-thinking strategies that keep DMM—and our clients—ahead of the curve.
- • Mentor junior coordinators and interns, sharing best practices for influencer vetting, rate benchmarking, and storytelling that sells through bold creative concepts. Your feedback loop strengthens the entire Creator Lab ecosystem and fuels team-wide growth goals.
- • Produce polished post-campaign wrap reports that blend quantitative metrics (CPMs, engagement rates, sentiment analysis, conversion lift) with qualitative wins (viral sound usage, meme propagation, fan art explosions). Turn these stories into case studies that win new business and justify bigger budgets.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, video production, community management, and talent teams to ensure influencer content ladders up to larger 360° campaigns. Your holistic view prevents silos and maximizes every dollar spent across the agency.
- • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in every casting decision. Proactively recommend creators from under-represented communities and design activations that resonate authentically with varied audiences, reinforcing DMM’s commitment to inclusive storytelling.
- • Embrace a remote-first culture that spans PST, CST, and EST time zones. You will block focus hours for deep work, jump on quick Zoom stand-ups, and occasionally flex into weekend or holiday coverage when tent-pole launches demand it—always rewarded with early Friday sign-offs and open PTO.
