📋 Description

• • The Manager, Learning and Development at ExactCare Pharmacy, Inc. (operating as AnewHealth) designs, delivers, and operationalizes learning solutions that support organizational capability, talent growth, and performance, playing a critical role in building a modern, engaging learning ecosystem for over 1,400 team members across 50 states.
• • Day to day, the person will design and develop learning content using adult learning theory and blended strategies, embed AI tools to enhance personalization and engagement, manage content in Workday Learning, measure program effectiveness through data analysis, facilitate leadership and high-potential development programs, partner with HRBPs on talent reviews and succession planning, drive the annual performance management cycle, lead mentorship and coaching initiatives, oversee vendor relationships, and consult with leaders on learning strategies aligned to business objectives.
• • The team operates within AnewHealth, a nation-leading pharmacy care management company formed in 2023 from the merger of ExactCare and Tabula Rasa HealthCare, providing comprehensive pharmacy services, PBM, and specialized support for Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, with a mission to improve patient outcomes through innovative, technology-enabled care.
• • In this role, the person can learn to integrate AI into learning workflows, gain deep experience in enterprise talent management systems like Workday, lead cross-functional cultural initiatives, and develop expertise in measuring learning impact on business performance—positioning them as a strategic HR leader in a fast-growing, mission-driven healthcare organization.
