- • Lead end-to-end campaign execution and creative delivery for marketing solutions within a financial services environment, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and business objectives.
- • Manage, coach, and develop a team of marketing specialists to enhance their technical, strategic, analytical, and creative capabilities across multiple channels including direct mail, email, mobile, and web.
- • Own the creative, execution, and deployment of marketing strategies across business lines with defined quality and performance standards.
- • Partner with marketing, technology, and data teams to optimize tools, workflows, and integrations for improved campaign efficiency and scalability.
- • Drive personalization and journey orchestration at scale by leveraging audience segmentation, behavioral triggers, and dynamic content to deliver timely, relevant member experiences.
- • Establish and reinforce standardized playbooks, processes, and quality controls to enable repeatable, high-quality execution of personalized marketing campaigns.
- • Build structured testing frameworks for creative elements, audiences, offers, and conversion funnels, translating insights into actionable recommendations for future campaign improvements.
- • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and content teams to develop performance-driven creative assets that meet velocity requirements in a regulated industry.
- • Ensure paid marketing engagements are strategically aligned with client recommendations and defined growth initiatives across the Velera ecosystem.
- • Monitor industry trends and competitor marketing strategies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in consumer marketing initiatives.
- • Define and influence business plans to incorporate new strategies, offers, and messaging that drive performance and support company goals.
- • Work cross-functionally to design, implement, and scale multi-market, hyper-personalized member communications.
- • Develop, document, and maintain departmental processes, controls, and procedures for marketing solutions and operational excellence.
- • Serve as a subject matter expert and key contributor to team and cross-functional departments on marketing technology, data-driven strategies, and creative execution.
- • Champion change leadership to enhance Velera’s consulting services and foster a culture of entrepreneurial innovation among consultants.
- • Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders across the organization to proactively define and implement solutions for complex marketing challenges in a fintech environment.
