  • • Manager of Business Development role focused on leading and growing Garner Health’s mid-market BDR team to drive qualified meetings and support company growth goals.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking and optimizing team performance metrics using Salesforce, Outreach, and other sales enablement tools; leading, coaching, and developing high-performing BDRs to meet pipeline and meeting-generation targets; providing ongoing feedback and career development through regular 1:1s, training sessions, and performance reviews.
