- • As a Manager of Customer Success Consultants, you will serve as a strategic individual contributor while supporting team-level initiatives and best practices, playing a dual role in driving customer outcomes and business impact.
- • You will partner with sales to support pre-sale discovery and success planning, lead onboarding and implementation of Core and Gale solutions, and ensure smooth transitions and early success for districts.
- • You will act as the quarterback for large adoptions, coordinating internal teams and district stakeholders, building strong relationships with district leaders, and aligning product use with strategic priorities.
- • You will manage a tiered engagement model—delivering high-touch partnership meetings and custom support for key accounts, medium-touch strategic check-ins, and low-touch scaled enablement via newsletters, webinars, and asynchronous resources.
- • You will drive retention and expansion by strategically managing renewals, identifying seat expansion opportunities, and advocating for customers internally to ensure seamless, high-impact experiences.
- • You will share best practices, mentor peers, support onboarding and coaching of team members, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives that enhance team workflows and customer outcomes.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or educational consulting
- • Strong understanding of the K–12 education landscape and instructional technology
- • Proven ability to drive business outcomes while delivering outstanding customer experiences
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- • Proficiency with CRM systems, virtual meeting tools, and EdTech platforms
- • Background in education or EdTech (preferred)
- • Experience with digital content platforms such as Gale (preferred)
- • Background in instructional design or professional development for educators (preferred)
