📋 Description

• • As the Manager of Data Operations & Business Intelligence at Agiloft Inc., you will lead the company’s business intelligence, KPI governance framework, executive financial reporting architecture, and data modeling standards, playing a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• • Day to day, you will chair the Data Committee to ensure cross-functional alignment on metric definitions, data quality standards, and analytics priorities; partner with AI Operations, Finance, GTM Operations, Product Operations, Corporate Systems, and executive leadership to establish a single source of truth; and modernize enterprise reporting through scalable systems, automation, and AI-readiness initiatives while maintaining strong governance and operational discipline.
