  • • As the first Manager of Dedicated Implementations for EMEA at Ashby, you will lead a team of Implementation Specialists to deliver high-quality, segment-aligned onboarding experiences for Strategic (enterprise) and High Touch (mid-market) customers, playing a pivotal role in shaping early customer success and driving time-to-value.
  • • You will oversee end-to-end implementation delivery, including defining project scope, aligning stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring milestones are met, while operating in a remote-first environment with occasional travel (<10%) for strategic customer engagements across EMEA.
  • • You will partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to refine implementation processes, advocate for customer needs, and ensure seamless transitions into ongoing support that drive adoption and long-term satisfaction.
  • • In this role, you will build and scale a high-performing team, foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer centricity, and develop scalable, repeatable processes that maintain quality while reducing manual effort — all while growing your leadership impact in a fast-moving, mission-driven organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Extensive experience managing and executing implementation and onboarding projects, including defining work, aligning stakeholders, communicating plans, and delivering results against agreed expectations.
  • • Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams, empowering individuals to meet or exceed high standards through coaching, feedback, and leadership.
  • • Strong customer-centric mindset with expertise in understanding client needs, tailoring solutions, and maintaining proactive engagement throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • • Demonstrated ability to thrive in complex enterprise environments, navigating competing priorities, change management, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
  • • Fluency with technical concepts and a deep understanding of complex products (ideally Ashby), with the curiosity and ability to grasp technical intricacies to support effective implementation.
  • • Comfort operating in a remote-first setting with willingness to travel up to 10% as needed for key customer engagements in the EMEA region.
