  • • As Senior Implementation Manager (Enterprise) at Ben Technologies Inc., you will own the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations ranging from 16 weeks to 9+ months, serving as the trusted advisor who ensures seamless alignment between client organisations and internal teams to drive successful platform adoption without compromising quality or timelines.
  • • You will lead multi-phase implementation programmes for enterprise clients, building customer platforms and managing detailed project plans that account for deep technical dependencies, organisational change, and the non-linear realities of large organisations, while maintaining momentum across extended engagements.
  • • You will manage a broad stakeholder map spanning day-to-day project contacts to C-suite sponsors, ensuring continuous alignment, buy-in, and momentum by navigating competing priorities and organisational politics across HR, finance, payroll, IT, and executive leadership.
  • • You will drive structured delivery across milestones, dependencies, and critical path items by proactively identifying risks before they become blockers, holding both internal and client teams accountable, and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • • You will become a deep expert on the Ben platform, understanding how configuration choices impact reporting, integrations, and downstream workflows, enabling you to advise clients with authority and influence product decisions based on real-world deployment insights.
  • • You will own escalation management and issue resolution, knowing when to absorb pressure and when to escalate, handling both with confidence to maintain trust and momentum throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • • You will partner closely with product and engineering teams to flag platform limitations observed during live deployments and actively influence the product roadmap based on field feedback and client needs.
  • • You will design and improve implementation processes to ensure they are scalable, repeatable, and effective at enterprise scale, contributing to the evolution of Ben’s implementation methodology.
  • • You will manage KYC/KYB processes and client data in strict compliance with Ben’s security and confidentiality standards, ensuring regulatory adherence and data integrity throughout the engagement.
  • • You will lead structured UAT programmes and manage the transition from implementation to live operations without disrupting the client’s business, ensuring smooth handover and sustained value realization.
  • • You will bring significant experience managing end-to-end SaaS implementations for enterprise organisations, with a proven track record of leading complex, multi-quarter programmes involving large, diverse stakeholder groups.
  • • You will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, regularly engaging senior client stakeholders through workshops, training sessions, and executive presentations to build trust and drive alignment.
  • • You will apply strong commercial awareness, understanding that successful implementations are foundational to long-term client relationships, retention, and expansion opportunities.
  • • You will have experience with CRM and project tooling such as HubSpot, Linear, or Asana, and more importantly, think in systems and adapt quickly to evolving tools and processes.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Significant experience managing end-to-end SaaS implementations for enterprise organisations, including leading programmes lasting 4-9+ months with large, complex stakeholder groups across HR, finance, payroll, IT, and executive leadership.
  • • Proven track record running structured UAT programmes and managing the transition from implementation to live operations without disrupting client business continuity.
  • • Exceptional communication skills, with demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders through workshops, training, and executive presentations to build alignment and drive momentum.
  • • Experience leading cross-functional delivery, aligning product, engineering, operations, and client teams around shared plans and objectives.
  • • Strong commercial awareness, understanding that implementations are foundational to long-term client relationships and expansion opportunities.
  • • Experience with CRM and project tooling (e.g., HubSpot, Linear, Asana) is useful; ability to think in systems and adapt quickly to new tools is essential.
