- • You will be a key partner to business leaders across various departments, including Operational Risk, Compliance Risk, and Information Security, fostering a culture of proactive risk awareness and integrating risk management principles into critical strategic decision-making processes.
- • Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and maintaining the comprehensive ERM framework and methodology. This encompasses the systematic identification, measurement, monitoring, and control of enterprise-wide risks, ensuring alignment with Prime's strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.

- • You will play a crucial role in defining and articulating the company’s risk management framework, clearly outlining the roles and responsibilities of the 'three lines of defense' model to ensure accountability and clarity.
- • Provide expert guidance and support in the identification and assessment of internal controls. This includes developing or enhancing existing controls, driving process improvement activities, and evaluating the effectiveness of self-monitoring programs implemented by management.

- • The ability to work effectively under pressure, manage competing deadlines, and maintain focus on critical objectives is essential for success in this dynamic role.
- • Familiarity with leading ERM frameworks such as COSO ERM and ISO 31000 will be highly beneficial in applying best practices and driving continuous improvement.
- • A deep understanding of the healthcare or PBM industry, or other highly regulated sectors, will provide valuable context for identifying and managing industry-specific risks.
