This pivotal role demands a strategic leader capable of guiding a team of dedicated Fieldwork Coordinators, fostering an environment of efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Your primary objective will be to ensure the seamless execution of projects, adhering strictly to timelines, budgets, and the precise specifications outlined by our clients.
  • You will play a crucial role in shaping the operational landscape by collaborating closely with Project Managers. Together, you will identify opportunities to refine and enhance existing processes. This collaborative effort aims to unlock greater team efficiencies, drive the achievement of ambitious project financial goals, and elevate our client servicing standards to new heights. Your insights will be instrumental in streamlining workflows and optimizing resource allocation.
  • A key aspect of your responsibility will involve working hand-in-hand with our panel team. Your focus here will be on implementing strategies to minimize panel attrition, thereby safeguarding the integrity and robustness of our M3 panel. This proactive approach is fundamental to supporting the company's long-term vision of sustainable growth and the consistent maintenance of a high-quality, engaged participant base.
  • Your leadership will extend to the direct management, mentorship, appraisal, and development of your team members. You will be responsible for diligently monitoring team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensuring an equitable and effective distribution of workload. This includes fostering a culture where team members are empowered to work efficiently and collaboratively, supervising the accurate execution of all end-to-end project-related tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
  • You will be tasked with creating and implementing targeted improvement plans for any team members who may be underperforming. This proactive intervention ensures that all team members are operating at their peak potential and contributing effectively to the team's overall success. Furthermore, you will ensure that all team members receive comprehensive training on project guidelines, policies, and procedures, and that these standards are rigorously followed.
  • To maintain the highest quality of work, you will execute regular audits to evaluate accuracy and work quality. This systematic review process allows for early identification of any deviations and ensures consistent adherence to our exacting standards.
  • You will provide clear directives, unwavering support, and effective management to your team members, empowering them to deliver a high-quality service to our internal stakeholders. This involves creating an environment where challenges are met with solutions and where proactive problem-solving is the norm.
  • A significant part of your role will be to support and guide your team members in proactively seeking alternative fieldwork and custom recruitment strategies. This includes identifying innovative solutions to address response rate challenges and diligently controlling costs on each project, thereby maximizing project profitability.
  • You will ensure that your team members meticulously track, monitor, and report on sampling performance and project costs. This data-driven approach is essential for supporting the continuous improvement of project gross profit margins and ensuring timely delivery of all project milestones.
  • You are expected to provide constructive feedback to your line manager and actively contribute ideas for enhancing the functionality of M3's project delivery and reporting tools. Your practical insights from the front lines will be invaluable in driving technological advancements.
  • A clear and comprehensive understanding of each step within the project lifecycle is paramount. You will collaborate closely with your line manager and other department leaders to drive improvements and efficiencies across all facets of project management, from initiation to closure.
  • You will ensure that your team members effectively coordinate multichannel recruitment methodologies for their allocated projects. This diverse approach may encompass, but is not limited to, email campaigns, direct calling, in-depth desk research, text message outreach, online advertising, referral schemes, engaging with forums and blogs, networking within patient groups and associations, and leveraging social media platforms.
  • Proactively checking reports to identify projects with partners and ensuring all internal Custom Recruitment efforts have been deployed is a critical task. This vigilance guarantees that we are maximizing our recruitment potential and meeting all project requirements.
  • You will ensure that your team members are completing project tasks in strict accordance with the established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), thereby guaranteeing client satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for reliability.
  • An excellent understanding of the M3 platforms, dynamic audience engagement, emailing, and reporting tools is essential. You will ensure these tools are utilized to their fullest capabilities to support optimal project deliverability.
  • Finally, you will support the execution of client service improvement plans, fostering strong collaboration with other team members. Your role involves providing a consistent, solution-oriented approach across every touchpoint of the client journey, ensuring a positive and impactful experience.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management or a similar leadership role within a fast-paced environment, preferably in market research or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle, fieldwork methodologies, and recruitment strategies, including multichannel approaches.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and mentoring skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Proficiency in using project management software, reporting tools, and CRM systems; familiarity with M3 platforms is a significant advantage.
