- • As Manager of Solutions Engineering at Paddle, you will lead and develop a team of Solutions Engineers to drive regional revenue and deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring high-quality implementations that meet commitments and create measurable value for digital product companies.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include coaching and developing team members, setting clear expectations, fostering psychological safety, translating company objectives into team goals, owning successful go-lives, and championing cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Solutions leadership.
- • You will work within Paddle’s global Solutions team, partnering closely with sales and product organizations to ensure alignment and support for your team’s success in serving over 3,000 software sellers across 245 territories.
- • In this role, you will grow as a people leader by building a high-performing, inclusive team culture, improving processes and collaboration, and advancing your impact through data-driven decision-making and continuous learning opportunities supported by the company.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven leadership experience managing a team, leading a Solutions function, or mentoring others in customer-facing technical roles
- • Demonstrated success driving revenue realization across the full customer lifecycle from pre-sales through go-live
- • Strong understanding of solutions engineering principles and what it takes to be an effective people leader, including coaching and developing talent through honest, direct feedback
