- • The Manager of Onboarding & Engagement at CDW Corporation is responsible for managing the onboarding and customer engagement for Google and Microsoft services and SaaS products, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to ongoing support and driving best-in-class customer experiences.
- • Day to day, the role involves partnering with Sales to design effective customer hand-off processes, managing onboarding and support documentation, training and guiding the team on customer engagement best practices, evaluating and improving workflows, creating and monitoring key metrics for quality assurance, providing feedback to product development teams, managing VIP customer interactions, and escalating and resolving complex customer issues.

- • In this role, you will develop leadership expertise in customer onboarding strategy, process optimization, and team enablement. You will gain experience influencing product development through customer feedback, managing high-value customer relationships, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and AI adoption within your team.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, and 7+ years of relevant experience in roles such as Technology Director or Technology Coordinator, OR 11+ years of equivalent experience.
- • 1+ years of experience managing a team in an education or corporate environment.
- • Strong understanding of onboarding and engagement principles and practices, with excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- • Experience supporting Google Workspace environments in K-12 or Higher Education (a plus), familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Monday.com or similar tools (a plus), and current Google and/or Microsoft technical certifications (a plus).
- • Prior experience managing an onboarding and engagement team (a plus), with ability to work independently and collaboratively while driving process improvements and quality outcomes.

- • Competitive pay range of $104,000 to $158,060 based on experience and skill set, with an annual bonus target of 10% subject to plan terms.
