  • • Lead and manage a team of supervisors and/or professionals responsible for the meticulous fulfillment of advertising campaigns across both digital and traditional platforms, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion.
  • • Uphold the highest standards by verifying that all advertisements, copy, and creative assets are executed precisely as sold, rigorously adhering to all contractual obligations, compliance regulations, and formatting requirements to maintain brand integrity and client satisfaction.
  • • Oversee the timely and accurate upload, tracking, delivery, and verification of all advertising campaigns, meticulously managing the creation of daily traffic schedules to ensure operational efficiency and prevent bottlenecks.
  • • Take the lead in resolving complex technical and operational issues that arise during campaign execution, conducting thorough investigations into discrepancies and implementing robust solutions to address root causes and prevent recurrence.
  • • Drive the successful implementation of change management initiatives and operational plans, ensuring the seamless integration of new workflows and technologies through comprehensive adoption strategies, pilot testing, and rigorous quality assurance processes.
  • • Actively monitor the performance of live advertising campaigns, scrutinizing copy execution and inventory usage to identify opportunities for reallocation, optimization, or proactive communication, all aimed at achieving delivery goals and maximizing campaign impact.
  • • Develop, refine, and continuously improve processes for tracking campaign delivery performance and generating comprehensive campaign, copy, and operational reports that provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • • Foster strong collaborative relationships with sales and partner teams, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts and ensuring the fulfillment of delivery requirements to meet client needs and business objectives.
  • • Play a pivotal role in recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring department staff, establishing clear performance goals that are directly aligned with the company's core Operating Values and foster a high-performing team environment.
  • • Contribute significantly to operational planning by participating in strategic discussions, allocating team resources effectively, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and enforcing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure departmental success.
  • • Consistently exercise independent judgment and discretion in handling matters of significance, demonstrating leadership and decision-making capabilities that drive positive outcomes for the team and the organization.
