  • • The Manager, People Strategy at GameChanger Media, Inc. plays a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience by operationalizing core People programs that drive performance, engagement, career growth, and total rewards alignment—directly supporting the company’s mission to elevate youth sports through empowered teams.
  • • This role ensures that strategic People initiatives are translated into scalable, consistent, and high-quality programs across the organization, partnering with People leadership and HRBPs to strengthen systems, improve processes, and deliver measurable impact on team health and organizational effectiveness.
  • • The person will manage performance and talent processes including full-cycle performance reviews, talent assessments, succession planning, and promotion frameworks, ensuring fairness, timeliness, and alignment with business goals.
  • • They will lead employee engagement initiatives by designing and deploying surveys, analyzing results, and collaborating with leaders to create actionable plans that improve morale, retention, and team cohesion.
  • • They will build and scale career development pathways and manager enablement programs—such as leadership training, skill-building workshops, and internal mobility frameworks—to foster growth and readiness across all levels.
  • • They will leverage people data (engagement, performance, retention, compensation) to generate insights, track program effectiveness, and inform strategic decisions using dashboards and reporting tools.
  • • They will support total rewards by enhancing employee understanding and adoption of benefits, compensation structures, and wellness programs, ensuring alignment with both employee needs and business objectives.
  • • They will directly manage and develop the People Operations Specialist, providing mentorship, workload prioritization, and process ownership to ensure operational excellence in HR administration and program delivery.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, HRBP, or talent program roles with proven success in designing and delivering HR initiatives.
  • • Demonstrated experience managing performance management, talent review, or succession planning processes in a corporate or tech environment.
  • • Experience leading engagement programs, including survey deployment, data analysis, and facilitating action planning with cross-functional teams.
  • • Background in building or scaling career development frameworks, manager enablement programs, or leadership development initiatives.
  • • Proficiency in using people data and HR metrics (e.g., engagement scores, performance ratings, turnover) to measure outcomes and guide decision-making.
  • • Experience managing complex projects or programs with multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables, preferably in a fast-paced, remote-first setting.
