- • Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts to develop and execute predictive analytics projects that drive data-driven solutions across healthcare operations, finance, and clinical teams
- • Develop and implement predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and NLP techniques to extract insights from complex healthcare datasets including EHR, claims, and unstructured clinical notes
- • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define KPIs, build dashboards, and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on advanced analytics
- • Stay current with emerging trends in predictive analytics, AI, and healthcare informatics while ensuring data privacy, security, and integrity in all initiatives
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s or PhD preferred)
- • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in predictive analytics, data science, or a related field, preferably in healthcare or managed care
- • Expertise in NLP techniques and tools including natural language understanding, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, topic modeling, and text classification
- • Proficiency in Python or R, SQL, data visualization, and experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern data stack (Databricks, Snowflake)
